This walk through the historic district takes you past the most haunted buildings in town. You’ll hear ghost and crime stories ranging from the merely mischievous to the downright dark. Sure to entertain history geeks, murderinos, and paranormal enthusiasts alike.

Late Night Haunted Tour of Cherry Manor
1 Hour
You’ve seen this magnificent house on TV, you’ve read about it, maybe even listened to podcasters describe it as “The Most Haunted Site in Tennessee”. For decades, thousands of people have been brought to the steps of Cherry Manor on ghost tours to hear about the grand home’s history and rampant paranormal activity. Now, we’ll bring you inside!
Hear about the ghostly happenings from the past, as well as the current owner from her former office. See recently uncovered photos taken here over a century ago, learn about the many lives lost here, the sustained paranormal activity, and enjoy each week’s special features-

(10pm-1am) – $175 Includes one hour with celebrity psychic Deb Lantz. You'll stay with her as she moves from room to room, wherever she's led. You'll be right there as she communicates with the spirits of Cherry Manor. (No personal readings) Limited to 25 people. Includes midnight pizza.

Franklin Charm

Take an intimate tour of one of the south's most charming cities!
If you’re looking for Franklin’s best stories (and a few secrets), we have you covered. We’ll take you from our founding, through the Civil War, and on to present day. This tour includes several stops where you’ll meet locals who share brief histories of their buildings. The tour ends at a sweet shop for a special treat before we say goodbye.

Reenactors in costume tell the stories of those buried beneath. History comes alive when told from the graves!
